Substitute Assignment

Writing assignment:
I am eagerly reading and writing feedback to you on your first drafts. As you have time over the next few days, continue to revise.


Reading assignment:
Keep reading your historical fiction book. Have it finished by Monday, we are going to do an activity next week that will involve you having finished your books.

By Friday - On your blog - Write the title and author of your book, and then copy a segment (between 50 and 250 words) that you think is a really cool writing "trick" that the author pulled off. In other words, a section that grabbed you as a reader and had an effect on you. Again, we will be working with these next week, so please have it posted.



-Be good and write well
